It was 4-7 foot tall (when you're a child everything looks big when it really is not) and it was neon green in color with blue stripes on its tail. I have known my best friend since February and we've been best friends for about 2/3 months now. I know that's not that long :L but it actually feels like a lifetime! I always believed that it was because the chainsaw makes it easy to take off the zombie's head which kills it. If one has a sword or an ax, one has to have a mighty powerful sword arm to take off the zombie's head. If one has a gun, one has to score a headshot to kill the thing. It is according to what you are cutting and how much you file the blades. would guess between 20 to 40 times. Some of the electric files are good if you are not accustomed to filing blades but you need to know how to use manual file as you may be in woods etc. Normally it is quicker to just file the blade rather than replacing while in field. How quick you dull the blade is also what you are cutting and how good a job you did on filing.

I woke up and ate an omelet and drank a cup off coffee then went to school. I had really bad cramps and was on my heavy period. I had horrible cramps since I got to school and when I was in the class right before lunch I kinda felt lightheaded and dizzy. And my eyes were shutting as if I were going to sleep. Then I managed to stay awake for that class and then it was lunch time and when everyone was standing In line to go to lunch I started feeling lightheaded again and I had a cold and hot sensation in my head. I was sweating and shaking and I couldn't see clearly then all I knew was I passed out for like 10 secs. And my friends picked me up and took me to a teacher. And they took me to a nurse and the nurse gave me something to eat and I felt better. Why did I pass out? This isn't the first time I did it, I'm 13 and in my whole lifetime I probably passed out on an average of 5 times.

I have known my best friend since February and we've been best friends for about 2/3 months now. I know that's not that long :L but it actually feels like a lifetime! Bird and Animal experts?

Ok. So my mother wanted to cut down a tree in our backyard, so a family friend brought a chainsaw over and did it for us. They didn't realize that there was a nest in it until after it was cut down. within the branches and parts of the tree, we found the nest and two baby birds. One seems to be perfectly normal, but the other's neck is pretty twisted. My family friend's wife and I put them in a shoe box and took them to our area's nature center. Unfortunately, they told us that they don't take animals. They did give us a number of a lady to call for the bird with the twisted neck. I'm going to call that number, but I need some advice for right now. They told us to put the nest and the birds as close to the area where they were before and that the mother will come back. But some far, it hasn't and they both look starving. Is there anything I can do right now? They're babies, and can't even fly yet. Their feathers haven't even fully grown in. I'm not sure what kind they are, but they have brown eyes and grayish whitish feathers. They are about the size of those little apples that fit in the palm of your hand. If anyone knows anything I can feed them for now, it would be greatly appreciated.

Blood when I wipe? Please help I'm really scared!?

So a couple days ago, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was blood on the toilet paper. Just a tiny tiny bit but I was still nervous. It happened again, and then the next day when I went, nothing happened. Today, there was a lot more blood, like not a tone, but more came out and there was some in the toilet. I'm really scared and I don't know why this is. Also, I leave on a trip in 8 days and I'm scared if I tell my parents I'll have to go to the hospital and I won't be able to go. I really want to go on this trip, I'm signed up, my best friend is going, it's the trip of a lifetime for summer. Can this be nothing and can it possibly wait until I get back? Sometimes a strong thought will pop into my head and I will just get a feeling about it. I cant really describe this feeling but it is really intense. Soon after(no more than a week ) that I have these intense feelings,whatever I was thinking about happens. I have come to the point where I am not super shocked anymore, but more amazed. These situations are usually out of the ordinary.So out of the ordinary that I couldnt have possibly have had any context clues. Does one become insecure if he has feels weird seeing his wife flattering humorously with strangers of opposite sex on Facebook? How to start my chainsaw.?

I have a 15 year old Stihl chainsaw. My friend had it started last night but I didn't pay attention to how he started it. Now I cannot get it going. Is it best to chainsaw all the side branches off of larger branches before running through a "wood chipper"?

It is best to ask the guy at the rental company how thick a branch the chipper can handle. They usually have a funnel that you feed the branches into and as a rule,if it will go through the funnel the machine should be able to chip it ok. Side shoots often make the stuff too wide to go through the chute but if you cut it all too small unnecessarily,you will have wasted your time. My advice is to wait for the chipper to arrive and see what it can handle size wise. Then have one person feeding the chipper and one person going through the stuff to cut up the bigger pieces.

Would a pole saw be easier or more difficult than a standard chainsaw for preparing limbs for chipping?

i would think it would take a little more time considering how long it is....but thats just my opinion....if it were me...i would use a standard chainsaw

PC making weird sounds when turned on?

Hi everyone. When I turn on my computer (windows vista) it sounds like a chainsaw. This used to happen for a couple of weeks around 6 months ago. I didn't do anything about it but now the sounds have come back again. The noise stops around the point where I am prompted to enter my username and password. I have also had the "grey screen of death" over the past few days, which automatically restarts the computer and is quite scary. The other day I saw a black and yellow license plate on a 2005 ish Range Rove in Los Angeles. It was not the old style plate like "AQW 193". I had the new plate like "6BEW821" but the letters were yellow on a black background. How is this possible???? He has since moved her once again to another school and is having her stay with his sister in Illinois and he has moved to Florida and I have no address. So, this child who had scholarships forthcoming and was amazing the school administrators of her capabilities is now a 'C' - 'D' student and I have never felt so helpless and so violated by our government that would do this to a child when the father did prison time for frauding a state agency and a municipal judge and had a police record 2 pages long from 10 years old on. I had nothing more than traffic tickets. I did not know how to present evidence or object to the lies he was telling. How can this be justice and is their any way my daughter who is 15 can ask to speak with a judge. This judge has destroyed my whole being and taken that of which he wants no responsiblity of after he got what he wanted - his child support stopped. Now he has another child he has put through abandonment with his wife he divorced. What can I do - I am, for the first time in my life - helpless and feel all my rights as a human have been violated. But since the movie is based upon the murders carried out by Ed Gein, I would say that since the movie was made in 1974 and Gein was born in 1906, so I would put a possible age of the grandpa character to be at least 68 (but he looked much older - some people do not age well).

The back pain i honestly highly doubt was from the epidural. Did they ever just think that the changes your body goes through from pregnancy is what gives them back pain? I know plenty of women with kids that never got epidurals that have back problems now, just from having kids period. And yes there is a very small chance that they could paralyze you from putting it in the wrong spot, or if you jolted while it was being inserted. BUT these people doing it are experienced professionals. When i had my epidural the Anesthesiologist told me its more likely to get paralyzed from an infection in the spine afterwards which can occur up to 3 days after the epidural, but even that is extremely rare. When he did mine he had to re position the needle SEVEN times! He said he's only ever had to do it once on anyone else but just couldn't get it in the right spot with me. But he did and it was fine, started working very fast. It did leave a pretty nasty bruise on my back but other that that i had no problems. Iv had problems with my hips since having my first son but no problems from the epidural. If you want an epidural during child birth don't let other people scare you out of it. Yes the risks of an epidural are quite serious and scary they are VERY VERY rare. But you could also try not getting the epidural just too see if you end up with back pain anyways, you could tell your mom and sister that the epidural probably wasn't the cause! Anyways best bet would be to talk to a doctor about it and compare the pros and cons. Good luck!

Dry wood, because it is so much harder, will dull a chain much faster than wet wood. That results in more sharpening which in turn results in shorter chain life. As ranger mentioned, it would take days of rain to make any difference in the moisture content of a piece of wood.

So, last month I missed my period. I started to get it, very lightly for a little while then it stopped and never started. I'm on the pill, have been for a few months. How do you adjust a carb on a chainsaw/craftsman?

Most carbs have a high and low jet. Primary settings is usually screw them in till they stop and wind out one and a quarter turns on both. That should get it started. From idle, you then open the throttle quickly and if it splutters or stops you need to open the low jet a little more to stop this. If it wont start and the plug is wet then wind in quarter of a turn. At full throttle the engine should sound like it's missing. This is called four stroking and it must do this if it's to have any power when cutting. If it screams and is two stroking then you need to richen the high jet up a little till it starts four stroking. I have worked mostly on Stihl cainsaws and their settings are one turn out. Yours might be the same. I just use one and a quarter turns to get it started and then wind back if needed. Fuel mixing is also very important. Try to keep your fuel mix as close as you can to the one you have tuned on as that can upset the running.
