Blood when I wipe? Please help I'm really scared!?

So a couple days ago, I went to the bathroom and when I wiped, there was blood on the toilet paper. Just a tiny tiny bit but I was still nervous. It happened again, and then the next day when I went, nothing happened. Today, there was a lot more blood, like not a tone, but more came out and there was some in the toilet. I'm really scared and I don't know why this is. Also, I leave on a trip in 8 days and I'm scared if I tell my parents I'll have to go to the hospital and I won't be able to go. I really want to go on this trip, I'm signed up, my best friend is going, it's the trip of a lifetime for summer. Can this be nothing and can it possibly wait until I get back? I don't know what to do someone please help me! And what can I do to help it? I'm a 15 year old girl
