What do you think of RSMV's?

I don't like "Roving Spider Monkey Vehicles" if there is one thing feces hurling spider monkey don't need is to be allowed to drive a vehicle. That puts all of us at a huge risk. The last thing I want to do is walk out my front door and BAM! struck down by some damn dirty drunken spider monkey saying he was going to get off the sauce but had to have one last bottle of Wild Turkey. When is it going to stop. I for one want to start a petition to end the use of vehicles for spider monkey I think it will make the world a safer place for our children and for our children's children.
