How did the Patriot Act become permanent? I thought it was supposed to be temporary?

Both Parties and OBAMA keep extending the u nconstitutional patriot act. Its funny because Libtards were against it with Bush but Obama keeps extending it and they are prefectly ok with it. Friggin hypocrites
