If Obama made 1 comment about WI events, why is Media/Fox reporting it like he is actively engaged?

Well, isn't that Fox's job? to hype everything and make sure the President and therefore the country fails? That's been the stated goal of many in the Radical Right Wing, of which FOX and the foreigner Murdock are the leaders. THAT is exactly what the Communist countries said would happen - they would take down the US from inside, not outside AND the Radical Right Wing has stated what their goals are. How could it be any more plain?
