Why does Sean Hannity describe Karl Rove as "the architect"?

Karl Rove does not have a college degree, let alone one in architecture. He enter university of avoid military service, but never graduated. So is Hannity referring to Rove's grandfather, Karl Roverer, who was an architect and reportedly designed concentration camps for the Nazis according to: a href="http://www.wiolawapress.com/karl.htm" rel="nofollow"http://www.wiolawapress.com/karl.htm/a and other sources.
